The main focus of her research revolves around creating spaces of imagination and objects that allow access to another dimension.
Beatrice seeks to create an atmosphere linked to the world of dreams, fantasy, and poetry, aiming to design a new reality shaped by our aspirations and desires.
It’s a new world in constant evolution, expanding and not confined by its boundaries, with new rules and open to infinite possibilities. These spaces, these worlds, offer themselves as utopian, beyond reality.
These are places that do not exist in the past or future; rather, they are limbo places, suspended spaces where things have not yet happened and open to the unexplored.
With her sensitivity, the artist plays with the
power of images to evoke surreal scenarios. Through the use of simple materials such as paper, wood, fabrics, and cotton threads, Beatrice Spadea recreates her imaginary world in a real world.
